Silly Road Chapter 1 Page 3

Phew! -_- Ok, sorry this one took so long! I got busy,......and distracted.......but I still did it, and that's what matters, right?

Perhaps one of the reasons I hesitated to submit this earlier was because of the negative emotions involved here, and for that I apologize, but just like anything in life, sometimes you have to take the bad with the good.

Here you get to see the personalities of Celia's parents - her father Dirk (yes, it's a real name - I checked) is stern, serious man who wants her to live in reality and have realistic expectations, while her mother Gloria is a fun woman who encourages Celia to never give up on her dreams - even if Dirk doesn't think they'll come true (but we know better, don't we? )!

Tell me, have you ever had parents like these, or know someone who has?

Dirk, Gloria and Celia Rhodes/Silly Road are my OCs, so please don't use them without my permission!

I really don't know when the next page will be out to be honest w/ you guys, but it'll get done, and most likely submitted on a Thursday, so look for it on one of them, but not too much, ok?!

One more thing - I'm well aware that a number of you, my watchers have requested your OCs being used/TFed/tooned or whatever, and at first I really didn't want to have too much outside influence in my cannon, but I suppose I like being part of something bigger than myself.

So here's what - the next page will feature Celia meeting up with her friends (who are all her age), and by default, there are 3 of them - including a certain OC of mine who debuted alongside Celia in the same pic at the start of this year, because I couldn't bear the thought of sending her to the scrap pile - I put too much into her to let her go!

Here's where you come in: in addition to Celia and her 3 default friends, I'll allow your OCs (as kids) to also be her friends, and therefor be a part of this series too! I'll do my best to keep their personalities in tact, but since it IS my story, I'll decide what happens. Don't worry - I promise they'll be in good hands!

Sorry this took so long, but I had a lot of stuff to get off my chest!
